Léman Events Management events
*A NO-SHOW POLICY is in effect for all of our events that require registration. It is possible to cancel once you made a reservation without any financial obligation IF it is made within the date and time limit given, otherwise you will be invoiced for the total participation fee.
For your information, Léman Events is obliged to pay for your participation if you do not attend an event that you registered for, regardless of the reasons. Thank you for your comprehension.
 Léman Expat Fair Exhibitors
*General Conditions:
- Only one company per exhibition space is permitted at the LEF 2011 on 6 November at the Beaulieu (contact Léman Events if you have any questions). The business or company registered as the sole exhibitor will be invoiced an additional 460 CHF for each business “sharing” its exhibition space.
- It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to confirm the accuracy of their online contact information listed on the Léman Expat Fair website.
- Due to space constraints in the LEF catalogue, it is up to the discretion of Léman Events management to choose the relevant information from your company’s online profile (based on the information you provided us when you registered) to be printed in the Léman Expat Fair Catalogue. If you have questions concerning the information we will print for your company please contact Léman Events.
*Cancellation policy: you must send a cancellation notice by email with a read receipt before August 31, 2010 to Melania Quinn

From September 1, 2010 no refunds will be made and any payments due will be invoiced regardless.
*Refund policy: if notice has been given as described above before August 31, 2010 refunds will be made, minus 250 CHF (for administation fees and listings in the online directories). Your business coordinates will remain on the Léman Events English Yellow Pages for the entire year of 2010 and will be removed from the Léman Expat Fair Exhibitor Directory.
